  Called company to set up a time to get estimate. Lady who answered was not friendly at all (figured maybe she was having a bad day). A very nice gentleman came out, said he would email me estimate by Friday or Monday (4 other companies gave me estimates on the spot), but said it was going to cost around $450 (area is very small). I figured that was a good price so I decided to wait. Monday came around, still no estimate, called and the same lady answered again and again she was not pleasant at all. Brushed me off by saying the gentleman must be busy and has not gotten around to it. Called Tuesday, same lady said they sent it and got returned, we went over email and it was correct. She said estimate was for somewhere along $950!!! I decided to call gentleman since initially he stated it would be along $450 and going from $450 to $950 is a long stretch. Spoke to him and he said he had "forgotten" to add in a few things. In our initial meeting he said he had been doing this for many years. How do you "forget" to add things? To me that's a red flag. Needless to say I did not hire them.
